Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, creating an account on, or otherwise using Taller AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Taller AI is a mobile application that estimates your adult height potential based on your self-reported data, generates a personalized daily routine, a 90-day physical and nutritional program, and provides access to an AI conversational coach ("Kai") plus a private in-app community.

The Service is informational and motivational. It is not a medical device and the outputs are not medical advice.

Taller AI does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The height predictions, routines and AI answers are educational content. They are generated from statistical models and general best-practice information and may be inaccurate for your individual case.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise, stretching, sleep or nutrition routine, particularly if you are under 18, pregnant, or have any medical condition. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness or any adverse symptom while following the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (and of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Users under the age of majority must have parental consent.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us at hello@taller-ai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Taller AI offers an auto-renewing Weekly subscription, a Yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an optional discounted Yearly recovery plan, and a non-consumable Lifetime purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours of period end and priced per your current App Store plan.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renew can be turned off at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings.

Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription during that period.

Refunds: all refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

You retain ownership of the content you post to the community (posts, comments, group messages, media). By posting, you grant Taller AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content strictly to operate the Service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, infringing, medical advice, spam or promotional. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

Zero-tolerance policy: any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors will be reported to the competent authorities and the account will be banned permanently.

Kai is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incorrect, incomplete or biased, and must never be treated as medical, psychological or legal advice. Do not submit personal data that you would not want stored in our backend or processed by our AI sub-processors.

The Service, including its branding, UI, code, 3D assets, coach persona, questionnaire structure, charts and copy, is owned by Alex Alonso and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.

Taller AI integrates with Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat and several AI providers. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, bugs or policy changes.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALLER AI AND ALEX ALONSO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified inside the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
