Manage your subscription

All subscriptions (weekly, yearly trial, yearly rescue and lifetime) are processed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Taller AI to change, pause or cancel your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, pick the Taller AI purchase and follow the refund flow.

Restore purchases on a new device

Inside the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that paid for the original subscription.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This erases your profile, questionnaire, progress, coach history, community posts and media within 30 days. Anonymous aggregated analytics may remain.

Report a bug or abuse

Email hello@taller-ai.app with steps to reproduce, screenshots and your iOS version. For community content, use the in-app Report button on the post or comment and we will review within 24 hours.

Known questions

Taller AI is iOS-only for now. Android is on the roadmap.

Your data lives in Supabase (EU). You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Kai, the AI coach, is not a doctor. Do not follow its answers if they conflict with medical advice you have received.
